In 1903, Ford Motor Company, one of the largest current American automaker, was formed by its creator Henry Ford. His vision in creating an affordable car to the middle class and offering double the salary of his working than other companies spawned the theory of "Fordism". Ford's model has inspired the manufacturing industries even till today.
